Wall Pack with 175W Metal Halide Lighting Fixture

I need lighting for a small corner apartment building, I want to install bright light around the exterior( 20ft x 60ft) with a minimum fixture height of 12 feet, can you please tell me what kind of spread patern these fixtures will provide, or, if this is the proper light for my needs.

One 175 wall pack fixture mounted in the center will be a good start.  I would recommend that you go with two wall pack lights for your 60'' foot area.  The metal halide fixtures produce a white light and the high pressure sodium wall packs produce a yellow color.
