I live in Ontario, Canada where the winters get very cold. We usually get 2 feet of snow. I would like to light some trees in our forest. Should I be considering uplights or downlights? They must be above the snow line. Out trees are hardwood. I would ideally like a minimum of 10 lights. Do you have any suitable lights for approx. $50 each?

For the money, our MR16 LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING KITS are our best value.  You can use the supplied PVC stakes in the summer to mount the lights and make some PVC risers for the winter season.  Hope that helps.
