I have track lighting in my kitchen. About three or four days ago, they started to have problems. After being on for 10-15 minutes, they will turn themselves off for a second, then come back on, and on occasion, they will stay off even longer. The light switch is always in the on position, and there is only one switch. I have a Lightech Let 151 transformer, and I'm pretty sure I can hear it buzzing when the lights come back on. I've already tried changing the light switch, to no avail. Is this a problem with the transformer?

Transformers have thermal protector devices built into them to prevent overheating.  So when they overheat they switch off and when they cool they turn back on.

I would check the wattage of your light bulbs to see that you have not exceeded the capacity of the transformer.  This would certainly cause the problem.
