You will need one low voltage transformer per switch leg.  The Hadco step light RFL1 takes a 12 watt light bulb.  So your total watage is 180 watts.  I would purchase a 300 watt transformer which will give you a little room for expansion.

Depending on the model underwater light you select, most have a 50 watt lamp.  So, you will need a 300 watt transformer just for the pond lights.

If you want to run the whole systen on one timer, you can get a 900 watt low voltage power transformer to run everything.

Check out our Designing a low voltage lighting system page for more tips or information.

I will have an agent give you a call to assist with your order.
