Is it safe to use a whole spool with an outside GFI outlet. Also, are there any mounting clips where you don''t have to use screws, we dont want to damage the fascia. Thanks. this is for christmas

Sure, our light rope products are designed for exterior use and is perfectly safe when used in combination with a GFCI protected outlet.  YOu might try looking at Lowes or Home Depot for some small nail on straps used for cables.  Anything you glue is sure to fall off after it heats up!
