I have a DL-38-NL HID Series Directional light and I need a Lamp Socket for it. Is this the one I need? Also the bulb is a Mercury Lamp R CEW.I''m not sure if it says HR1 75w/R40 or HR 175w/R40. I also would like to purchase a bulb and no one seems to able to help me.Could you advise me? Thanks

For landscape lighting applications you are better off with a clear HR175/R40/MV lamp.  The coated lamp is considered a delux white lamp that has a phosphor coating which adds a hint of red.

The replacement medium base socket we have should fit your fixture just fine.

Thanks for asking the question and we certainly appreciate your business.
