Is there a way to connect the fan to two bathrooms (that back each other) and have the fan pull from each bathroom individually or together?

The EXPERT recommends taking a look at the spec sheet for this product, which can be found by following this link: http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProperInstallationExplained?storeId=15001&catalogId=13401&langId=-1&catGroupId=25050.

The best way to duct multiple bathrooms from one exhaust fan is with a duct mount fan.  The fan is located in the attic and ducts are run from each bathroom and combined in the attic with a "Y" duct connector.  This will allow you to remove stale air from one or both bathrooms at the same time.

This remote mount method is quite effective and very quiet since the motor is mounted remotely.
