Hi, I purchased three of these SL08 outdoor step lights that I will use in a  retaining wall, however I do not see the instructions on where to drill the holes and wiring.  Where do I drill the holes and do I need to seal the hole with a groumet of some kind?  These will be placed inside concrete so there will be some moisture I would belive.  Thanks :)

Every job is unique and how you connect to the Focus SL08 step lights depends on your construction methods.  Preventing moisture from entering the fixture is always desirable.

If you use PVC conduit, run one 3/4" pipe from each step light back to an above grade junction box.  If you loop them together, water can travel through the conduits causing a problem everytime it rains.  The key here is ABOVE GRADE JUNCTION BOXES!

If you use direct burial cable, you should purchase some cord seals designed to fit that kind of wire.  This will prevent moisture from entering the fixture.

I hope that helps and thank you for shopping with us.  Feel free to call 800-239-2939 should you have other questions or concerns.
