perfect lighting

I have a gallery kitchen that is about 20 feet long. I Have florescent lighting right now but my husband want track.I need your opion an Ideas .What will work the best and give the more light. We really dont want to to go into adding more electrical work. Please help

TRACK LIGHTING is certaily one way to go for KITCHEN LIGHTING.  I would prefer, RECESSED LIGHTING myself for a cleaner look.

You will most likely have to paint the ceiling when you remove the fluorescent light, so why not do it right.  Either way, install a DIMMER CONTROL SWITCH for mood setting.
