The EXPERT recommends taking a look at the spec sheet for this product, which can be found by following this link: http://www.rabweb.com/common/specSheet/index.php?product=QF500.

The RAB QF500 is not really the best light for you. It is a general flood that will spread too quickly and not give you the punch you are looking for. It will provide a more even distribution of light.

The Techlight PAR56 power flood is a better choice for your application. I would get the medium flood lamp.
