You failed to tell me how many actual watts of lights you have planned.  Assuming 600 watts, I would suggest you install five home runs from the lights back to the transformer.  First group, farthest away from the transformer connect 75 watts, second group connect 100 watts, third group connect 125 watts, fourth group connect 150 watts, and the last group near the transformer connect 150 watts.  By installing several home runs of 10/2 DIRECT BURIAL CABLE, you will not have VOLTAGE DROP PROBLEMS and the lights will be evenly illuminated.
