Outdoor lighting for an arts pavilion

I am working on a class project, building a pavilion for the display of the arts majors at Iowa State University. We have some questions about what would be the best lighting to show off the building and the artwork inside. We have thought about using solar-powered led lights. Will they give good light, without altering the colors of the artwork? And do the lights last a long time? This pavilion will be disassembled and reassembled a number of times and we need easily installed and un-installed lighting. Thank you.

That is certainly one approach to lighting your temporary art display.  You might consider using a low voltage lighting system mounted to the structure to flood the art with nice white halogen light.  It is easy to install and very effective.

Just put in the comment box to substitute mounting plates in lieu of mounting stakes at no charge.
