led or strip lights

can i add strip lights after the fact for my pool sheer water falls to light them up and hook them into my outdoor lights low voltage? thanks

Unless your pool builder made specific provisions for lighting, I would not recommend adding them after the fact.  Typically, strip lights are countersunk into the tile or stone wall in a grout joint and conduits provide a means for wires to get back to the transformer.  You might be off using a well place PIN SPOT to dramatically illuminate your water feature.  You can mount the feature light on the house or in a tree.
