landscape light dimming

I have very bright low voltage halogen landscape lighting. I need them to be normally dim but go to full brightness when motion is detected for a preset period of time (Hi/Lo). The easiest and most economical way I can see to do this is to have a wireless motion sensor transmit to a single pole double throw switch where one side goes straight to the magnetic transformer for full bright and the other side goes through a magnetic dimmer switch or module. I do not think such a SPDT switch exists (i.e. X10). Do you know of a single system that will do what I need either low voltage or high or possibly where I might find a SPDT switch that receives remote transmissions. FYI - I already have a photocell wired in series with the transformer for dusk to dawn operation. Thanks in advance for any assistance you may provide in this matter.Scott

We have a RAB TUFF DOME SENSOR that operates by a photocell and has automatic settings to raise and lower the lights. This will replace your existing photocell control.
