what size lamp should i use for a framed weaving25" x 60" ??

You could go with  a surface mounted PICTURE LIGHT like a TRADITIONAL or SLIMLINE style or a recessed LOW VOLTAGE ACCENT LIGHT. This kind of fixture won't give you a even coverage of light.

For your framed weaving, I would recommend using a RECESSED MR16 ACCENT LIGHT with a EXN LAMP and a LINEAR BEAM ELONGATOR LENS to shape the light to a rectangle.
