I am looking for low profile exhaust fan to use in kitchen- do not need or want large fan- willing to use 2 if necessary- would this fan work in kitchen? Is the Panasonic a good vent fan?
The PANASONIC WHISPERLITE is not designed for specifically for kitchen applications where heat is involved over a stove or oven. It will remove smoke and odors from the room if that is what you are trying to do. You will need to provide a duct in the attic to the outside of the house to properly remove these odors.

I own a small 25 room hotel that I am in the process of remodeling and renovating. I am looking for an inexpensive vent fan for the bathrooms. I do have attic access to run ducts if necessary. Do you have any suggestions?
Well, if you are looking for a good quality and inexpensive vent van you should consider using a

EXHAUST VENT FAN for the money. The light feature can be used with a very low wattage light bulb to serve as a night light or as the room light in the toilet/shower area.

A contractor recently installed a Lutron AYFSQ-F-WH as a speed control for two ceing fan on a 3-way switch. The fans were not working properly. When i read the details I find that the switch is mad for a single fan. Is there a control 3-way control available to control two fans.
The LUTRON ariadni fan speed control that was installed is designed for one fan only. Lutron does make a Fan-Speed Control - Skylark - S2-LF that is designed for multiple fans.

Can you suggest a quite replacement for a Nutone 668rp, hopefully something that fits in the same cut-out? I like the Broan QTR/QTRE series but it takes a bigger box.
The NUTONE 668 FAN/LIGHT is a great little unit. The NUTONE 665RP FAN/HEAT/LIGHT is roughly the same dimensions as your existing vent fan. Have you checked out our selection of PANASONIC VENT FANS AND HEATERS? Panasonic fans are some of the quietest on the market.

Which Nutone or Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan would work well in the wall? I cannot mount a vent fan in the ceiling and need to mount it in the wall above the toilet. Which fan is best for this space?
The best EXHAUST FAN for wall mounting is the NUTONE 671R FAN or the PANASONIC PAN FV08-WQ1 WALL VENT FAN. The Panasonic wall vent has an attractive ABS grill and built in back damper and bird screen. We also have HEAT VENT COMBINATIONS for ceiling applications. Both are quality vent fans!

I bought a house that has one of these and honest to gosh can't figure out how to change the lightbulb. How do you remove the glass cover to get at the bulbs?
Changing the light bulb is quite easy on your
NUTONE QT9093WH HEAT/VENT LIGHT. The front grill cover and glass lens is held is place by two springs called "Chicken Leg" springs. You simply pull down on the outside cover avout 3" and then push the springs together with your fingers to release the grill from the housing. Good Luck!
