kitchen lighting

Hi, I am remodeling my kitchen and wondering how many recessed lites to use. Its 8' x 15'.Don't know if I should use 4" or 5" or Par 20 or 30 halogen and how far to space the lights.any help would be great!Thanks, Tony

I would use two PAR 30 recessed down lights down the middle of the room or four PAR 20 recessed down lights in a rectangular pattern.  You should also install task lighting under the cabinets and dimmer controls for mood control.
