Looking at buying the entire spool. I am assuming I could cut it anywhere for a custom length and put a plug on the end. It is for a outdoor deck and exposed to beach conditions. Do you supply the plug and is it water resisitent/proof?

Your assumptions are correct.  The light strig can be cut and spliced in the field.  The globe lights are completely weatherproof and will stand up to the salt air environment.

I would strongly recommend that you plug these into a GFCI receptacle. Most people at the beach are barefoot.

Thanks for the question and have fun this summer!
