We have a block entrance wall with a sign on it and want lighting that will come out from the wall under the sign and shine back to light it can you tell me what we will need from the wall mounts extentions and lighting? thank you Bob

If you plan to install this fluorescent sign light to the wall, you will have to fabricate the brackets.  Using 1/2" galvanized rigid conduit, extend the fixture out from the wall to the desired length.  Secure as conditions allow.

I would suggest mounting the sign fixture on pipe using a slip fitter,  a standard junction box or grade level junction box hidden in the landscaping below the sign.  It is less likely to get damaged or broken.
