I have a Lutron Maestro dimmer that is used to control 2 ceiling fans. Now when turned on the fans just make a humming noise. Light on switch (ie power level) cannot be raised above low level. I;m assuming swithch is just burned out? Which model to use to control fan motors? Thanks.

You must use a fan speed control for ceiling fans.  They are designed for single and multiple fans depending on the model you select.  We have several model including Lutron Diva speed controls, Ariadni fan controls and Skylark fan speed switches.
