Have a landcape lighting project commming up that would require running 4 or 5 runs of landscape wire though a basement wall and over to the multiple tap transformer, can the wires come through to the inside in conduit and then run bare like romex to the transformer. Thanks

I am not sure it will officially pass code, but it should be alright.  As long as you do not exceed the capacity of your DIRECT BURIAL CABLE I don't see any reason why not.  Keep in mind that OUTDOOR LIGHTING TRANSFORMERS are not rated for indor use.  However, they will work fine as long as you provide plenty or air circulation around the transformer for cooling and use a GFCI protected outlet.

I hope that you will visit our OUTDOOR LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING SYORE when ordering your lighting fixtures, wire and transformer.

Thank you!
