I would like to know if it is possible and/or advisable to dim a low voltage transformer. I am installing line and low voltage lighting in my backyard and am leaning towards using the LutronRA system to control all my lighting. This wireless system allows me to set up different landscape lighting settings but is predicated on being able to dim low voltage lighting. Do you have any suggestions on what type of a transformer would work?(p.s- I plan to use malibu low voltage lighting).

It is easier to dim a MAGNETIC TRANSFORMER with a LUTRON RADIO RA DIMMERS than a ELECTRONIC TRANSFORMER.

Please check out our LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING KITS.  They are a complete solution to your outdoor lighting needs.  You get the lights, wire, transformer and the lamps in the kit.
