Return Policy Terms & Conditions.
- Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
- Inspect all items for any damages prior to accepting the shipment.
- Customer is responsible to file a Freight Claim for all damaged items with the Freight Carrier.
- Products purchased from Residential Landscape Lighting & Design may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All claims on Westinghouse products must be made within 10 days upon receiving items.
- All claims on Traxon products must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods.
- Only those items specifically designated as being on Back-Order may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 25% - 35% restocking fee.
- Defective products must be accomponied by an RGA (RGA Form) and returned to the manufactuer for an inspection. Credit will be issued upon completion of the inspection, and only if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Defective products will be exchanged with the same products, using the same shipping method as with the original order. Any other expedited shipping method(s) can be requested at the customer's own expense. Customer has the option of placing another order for the same product, while the original product undergoes inspection.
- Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
- Seasonal items, such as Christmas items, Halloween items, and electrical components, such as lamps, bulbs, wiring, cable, relays, etc. are final and nonrefundable.
- All custom orders are not returnable and non-refundable.
Return Policy for Chandeliers.
- Chandelier purchases are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Chandeliers damaged in transit must be disputed with the shipping company.
To request an RGA, click here, remember to include your name, date of purchase, reason for return, and order number in your email request. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash or check will be mailed to the original customer.
All returned items must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts, instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition. Please include the RGA # on the return shipping label.

An order cancellation fee of 10% will be charged on all orders that have already been processed, but not shipped. Orders placed prior to 4 pm Central time during the regular work week are typically processed within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4 pm Central time, on weekends or holidays are processed the next work day. Processing time may vary between 24- 48 hours before the order is shipped out.
Return Policy Guarantee & Disclaimer.
Residential Landscape Lighting & Design warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Residential Landscape Lighting & Design will either repair or replace any properly installed Residential Landscape Lighting & Design product which fails under normal operating conditions within the specified warranty period of one-year for fixtures (excluding lamps/bulbs) and transformers, from the date of invoice, provided it is returned to the factory, transportation prepaid, and our inspection determines it to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Residential Landscape Lighting & Design reserves the right to decide between repair or replacement. This warranty covers only equipment manufactured by Residential Landscape Lighting & Design and does not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Residential Landscape Lighting & Design equipment.
All products offered through Residential Landscape Lighting & Design products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Residential Landscape Lighting & Design EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO Residential Landscape Lighting & Design ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE Residential Landscape Lighting & Design SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT Residential Landscape Lighting & Design, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.

Residential Landscape Lighting & Design EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT Residential Landscape Lighting & Design, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE OPERATION, CONTENT OR USE OF THE Residential Landscape Lighting & Design SITE. YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
