Reading lights over my bed

What is the advantage to your Halo H1420P Small pin hole apeture recessed light? I am looking for two lights to recess in a small soffit above a bed. I would like the light to provide task light for reading. Would halogen be best? I am concerned about glare and would like to have the light be directed to each side of the bed so as not to disturb the other person. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The Halo H1499RT/1420 combination is a perfect for reading lights above your bed.  I have the same lights in my home.  To minimize glare you need to select the 20-watt MR16 (EZX) light bulb, install a 60 degree honeycomb louver and put the lights on individual magnetic dimmer controls.  You are going to love reading in bed again!
