The price listed is just for the fixture? Are light bulbs included, or is that extra. Is there a price schedule for mounts, 250 Watt, 400 Watt and the 1000 Watt lights?

The kit includes everything you see.  The fixture, lamps and brackets.  The same bracket will work for all wattage fixtures.
