Question about Halogen 150W Quartz Flood Security

I am a student at Georgia Institute of Technology and we are holding an outdoor event at night. We have about 70 feet worth of walkway that will need to be lit up. We actually do not want it to be too bright because we are going for a night festival look. How do you power this light or plug it in? I was wondering how many of the lights you think I would need to light up this area. Or if there is another type of light fixture you would recommend. We do not have a lot of money for this so the cheaper the better. Thanks.
