I need to light a 4750 sq. ft. warehouse with the 16". How many fixtures would i need to purchase?

You would need roughly 16 HIGH BAY FIXTURES to cover a 4750 square foot warehouse. 

I would suggest that you fax a drawing to customer service toll free at 877-272-0577 for a complimentary lighting design and photometric study.  You might want to go with a larger fixture depending on the type of work you do in the warehouse.
