I have purchased a set of Tennis court lights from you and have recently installed the 6 court lights. One light is really slow coming on, may take 30 minutes to actually come on. I am assuming it is the Bulb and or Ballast,can you send a replacement. Have you seen this before and what could be the problem?

Have you checked to see that the electricain has connected the ballast to the proper voltage.  Our TENNIS COURT LIGHTING FIXTURES are shipped with multi-tap ballasts and it may be on the wrong wire.  If the voltage is OK, then you probably have a bad ballast.

Give customer service a call toll free at 800-239-2939 for a replacement.  They will need your order number to determine which REPLACEMENT MH BALLAST you need to get a warranty replacement from the vendor.
