my brand new pre-lit Roman tree has one strand of lights that isn't working--changed the fuse--didn't help. Anything else I can do to fix it??? So confused and frustrated.

You should have received a CHRISTMAS LIGHT TESTER with your ROMAN PRE-LIT CHRISTMAS TREE.  This testing device is very handy for detecting shorts, cut wires and bad lamps or sockets.  If your tree is decorated, simply install a replacement strand of lights to fill in the hole.  It is much easier to repair the lights when you put up or take down the tree.  Hope you have a great holiday season!
