I require a 150W  magnetic step down from 120 to 12v, dimmable transformer. Any help would be appreciated. Michel

All of our magnetic transformers are dimmable if used with a Lutron magnetic dimmer control. We have transfomer models ranging from 100 watts to 1000 watts with 12 volt output.  Click here to see our 150 watt magnetic step down transformer.

OK I have the transformer. Now, if I want to dim downstream of the transformer is that different from dimming upstream of the transformer? I would think so. I have been looking at marine type 12v dimmers. I have read about magnetic vs electronic dimmers, but I assume these specifications are when used upstream of the transformer????
