I would like to control one or two low voltage fixtures (floods) with a motion detector, but I want the rest of the system to be controlled by a timer or photocell. In other words, I want most of the lights to go on at dusk, but one or two floods to go on only when someone walks by. How can I do that?

You will need two seperate transformers and controls to accomplish your goals.  We have low voltage motion detectors and 12 volt transformers should you decide to proceed.
