I just purchased (22)20 watt low voltage landscape lights. I want to run these lights around my pool totaling 150' of wire. The lights are going to be spaced evenly the entire 150'. My question is what size wire should i use, and what size transformer on this straight run with no splices? Also can I use a 600 watt transformer with (2)300 watt circuits, and just bridge the transformer for a (1) 600 watt output for this project.

You need to run multiple 12/2 LANDSCAPE CABLES to groups of lights totaling roughly 100 watts each.   Otherwise, you will have VOLTAGE DROP PROBLEMS and dim lights on the end of the runs.  The transformer has two 300 watt circuits for a reason!  Follow the manufacturer's instructions do not exceed 300-watts per circuit.
