Designing a concrete footing for commercial lighting poles requires help from an engineer.  Soil condition, wind zones and other environmental factors must be considered. You might consider a direct burial pole which does not need a concrete footing.

A typical tennis court footing is either 18" x 6'' or 24" x 8'' for larger poles.  This would indlude rebar rods and rings for stability.
