xenon strip light

am remodeling my powder room with Italian Bisazza Metron Tiles. They are very beautiful esp when exposed to natural sunlight with a lot of crytals glimmering. The room has no windows. The tiles would be from the floor up to 48 inches and above the tiles, would be bevelled mirrors. There are 2 chandeliers in the small room with 10 40 watt bulbs altogether. I like to use dimmers on these chandelier lights. Using the xenon light strip, do you suggest 5 or 10 watts and how far apart would the bulbs be? I presume they have to be clear bulbs. I have about 30 ft length total but perhaps, best not to include where the toilet or urinal is located for cost purposes?
