I'm looking For a Low Voltage Transformer that Will hold Two or Three Strings of lights that will fade from one to another? Outdoor Transformer if possible with a dust ot dawn photo eye for a small fountain

We don't have anything that will fade from one to the other.  We do carry several transformers that may be of interest to you.  Click Here to see our fountain kits.  I would recommend that you use a timer in lieu of the photocell to extend lamp life.
