We have a roller derby track demarcated on the floor with clear/white rope lights, but need a clear threshold-type moulding to go over and/or around the round rope lighting so that we skate OVER the rope lights instead of trip and fall. Suggestions?

Our vender of ROPE LIGHT does not make a threshold trim for their products.  Frankly, rope light is not really the right product for your application.  I know it is cheap and easy to use.  However, it is not designed for rough service and could be damaged by the skates.

In movie theaters they use a product like ROBERTS STEP LIGHTS which is lower profile and can take the abuse.  They offer threshold trims and special extrusions designed to protect the lighting and hold it in place.

Thanks for contacting Residential landscape lighting & Design.  Perhaps we can assist you in the future for other lighting needs.  Just give us a call toll free at 800-239-2939 today.
