This unit will be set in a stone paves area (court yard). Is there a way to install a conduit to the housing in case I ever har to replace the fixture?

Sure, just run a 3/4" PVC conduit from each fixture opening back to the transformer.  Don't worry about using 90 degree sweeps, as long as you can access the pipes in the hole. That way you can always repull LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING CABLE if it gets cut or you decide to add on to your system.
