Hi, I am building an 80' x 200' dressage arena and I am looking for the most cost effective way to light it up so I can ride at night. There are no existing poles but I can probably get telephone poles locally.

Our entry level horse area lighting kits would be the least expensive option we have.  They will bolt directly to creosote poles and can be adjusted in all directions.  We have several models with one, two, three and four lights per bracket.  I would recommend that you install four 30' poles per side with two 1000-watt fixtures per side.

As an upgrade, I would take a look at our high performance arena lighting kits for higher light levels.  These fixtures have better optical reflectors and can push the light further out from the pole for more coverage.

I will have a lighting consultant contact you to discuss your needs.  We can certainly design a lighting system for you that will fit your budget.  Feel free to call 800-239-2939 if you have any questions or drawings that you would like to fax or email.
