Duct size bathroom exhaust

I have installed a Panasonic 70CFM (FV-07VQ2) exhaust fan in my bathroom. Due to physical constraints I used 2 feet of 4 inch aluminum duct and had to reduce the last 3 feet of duct from 4 inches to 3 inches of flex duct. Does this restriction reduce the efficency of my fan by a significant amount. If so I am considering installing a T and adding another 3 inch outlet. Thanks

This reduction to a 3" duct will not significantly affect your efficiency or noise levels.
