I have a painting above my mantle but there is only about 2" space above the frame. At that point, there is a piece of wood trim. Is there a way to light this painting with this projector? I would guess that bending the support would throw the light size off, unless I could adjust the shutter. Can you help me?ThanksRick

The DeBruyne picture light requires at least 4" of space above the frame on the small model and 8" for the large one.  If you bend the arm it will alter the performance of the light.  Have you considered a House of Troy mantle light as an option?
