Ballast or bulb?

EXPERT 3/10/2004 10:03:18 PM	You would need a voltage meter to properly test the ballast and capacitor. Most likely it is the lamp or the socket that has failed. You can't go wrong ordering just a lamp. Do you have another fixture that you could swap the lamp as a means of testing the ballast? Hope that helps! Add to Favorites
