I'm considering installing MV lighting in my yard. However, I'm unsure about what wattage is going to be sufficient. I have mature ligustrum trees against the house that are about 12 feet high and a 40 foot Texas Live Oak. I have been looking at both your MV flood and accent lights. Any suggestions?

I would recommend that you install one100-watt MV bullet fixture with the hub option under each of the Ligustrum trees along the house.  This will show of the limbs as well as showcase the foliage of the trees.  For the Oak tree, I would install two 175-watt MV down lights mounted high in the tree for moonlight illumination.  For a softer look, you can drop back to 100-watts. You can also use a 175-watt MV box flood hidden the crouch of the tree to create a canopy of light.
