I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MODEL NUMBER ML88T TRANSFORMER NOT TURNING ON LIGHTS HAVE TO PUT THEM ON MANUALLY SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE ON YOUR SITE HAVE EXPRESSED SAME CONCERN, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE GREEN COLORED GEAR UNDER THE TIMER DIAL IS MADE OF A SOFT PLASTIC AND THE GEAR TEETH WEAR AND FOR WHAT EVER REASON ON THE TURN ON POSITION THE WHITE DRIVE GEAR SLIPS ON THE GREEN GEAR BECAUSE THE GEEN GEAR TEETH ARE WORN AND YOU CAN FIND THE GREEN RESIDUE ON THE WHITE GEAR, I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A REPLACMENT GREEN GEAR BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THAT IS WRONG WITH UNIT THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

We do not have replacement MALIBU TRANSFORMER parts.  You will spend more money and time trying to fix a silly little plastic part, if you can find one, than just replacing the transformer.  The TECHLIGHT 150-WATT TRANSFORMER is priced to sell and will give you years of trouble free operation.  It will also give you additional capacity to expand your system in the future.
