Low voltage post lights in low voltage

I have a brick patio with brick pedastals that are wired with low voltage wire. Are there low voltage lights i have to buy or can i get any post light as long as i have a transformer?

We sell 12-volt 25-watt light bulbs that are designed just for this application.  You can purchase any post top lantern with a medium base socket and use this special lamp in conjunction with a 12-volt transformer.
