Low voltage dimmer

I recently installed a low voltage light system that includes five 20W fixtures. I purchased a Commercial Electric low voltage dimmer switch, model #202-743 at the direction of a Home Depot representative. The dimmer switch dims the low voltage system for several minutes then shuts down. I returned the switch thinking that it was defective but soon learned that the dimmer switch is overheating and shutting down. You previously answered this question by recommending a Lutron DVELV600 dimmer control that is rated for electronic transormers. I am unable to find this on your website to purchase. The light that I installed incorporates a heavy transformer that is attached directly to the electrical box. A rail then connects to the box and the five light fixtures connect to the rail for power. I'm not sure if it is a electronic tranformer or magnetic. I appreciate your help in advance.

You have a magnetic transformer. You should not be purchasing electronic dimmers. I recommend the Diva - DVLV-600P (450W) Magnetic Low-Voltage dimmer.
