Low Voltage Motion Detectors

My yard is lit by small 50W outdoor lights placed randomly. The lights are powered by the usual 300W power supply. I would like to use this same low voltage source to go to a motion detector and a separate light. If motion is detected I would like this dedicated light to turn on. I am trying to keep the racoons out of my fish pond. I thought if the motion detector would pick them up when they come into the yard about 3AM and turn on the light it would frighten them away from our koi fish ... which they catch and eat. Any ideas?

We have a great little 12 VOLT MOTION DETECTOR that is perfect for your application.  Just use one of your 12 VOLT LANDSCAPE LIGHTS and you are in business!
