I am looking to order 16 to 20 MH 400w wall packs for a commercial space, used for production machines. Can you help me with the proper spacing. 25' wide 210' long 22' ceilings. Lights are mounted on both sides of the 210'wall 20' high.

I would run the METAL HALIDE 400-WATT WALL PACKS on both sides of the production area alternating them at 22' intervals on center.  Mount the lights at 15-20' above the floor.  This will give you a good source of working light along the perimeter of the space.

Have you considered using HIGH BAY FIXTURES or LOW BAY FIXTURES instead of wall packs?  Lighting from the ceiling may be a more effective way of recuding glare and increasing production.  If you go this route, order (10) METAL HALIDE 1000-WATT FIXTURES and mount them down the center of the building.

Depending on the height of the ceiling and how critical the work, you could also do a combination of both to minimize shadows.  Let us know if we can help with a lighting layout!
