INSTALLING BRICK STEP LIGHTS IN PAVERS

I'm installing a paver patio 16 x 13 with a step up to the patio which is approximately 4-6". I want to install either two or three xenon brick step light across the 13 foot section. How do secure the box inside the pavers.

I would use mortor or Liquid Nails around the light to secure the STEPLIGHT to the pavers.
