How to hang C9 christmas lights: This is the first time I am doing C9 s. Light bulbs are not staying up. Some are and some are laying down. How can I fix this? please help.

The easiest way to support your C7 & C9 LAMPS is to use SHINGLE CLIPS to support the lights.
