Can this light be used for landscaping with the light ponting almost vertically upwards? I am concerning the watertightness of the lens. Also, does it come with a dusk sensor? Thank you.

The RAB QF150 HALOGEN FLOOD LIGHT is designed for wet locations.  It is always a good idea to drill a weep hole in the bottom of any OUTDOOR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING FIXTURE to allow moisture and or watter that may enter the fixture to drain. 

You can add a PHOTOCELL on the junction box or where the power originates.
